We strive to ship your online order within 2 business days of receiving it (excluding holidays and weekends).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder prior to contacting us. 

Orders to Australia under AUD $1,000 are generally delivered without additional import charges. Higher-value orders may be subject to local duties and GST.
